Crispy Kale

Here at Chess London we are a lover of Kale and we have yet another great idea for how you can enjoy this healthy snack. If you are a fan of Seaweed from the Chinese take-away then you will just love this, and it isn't half as fattening when you make it yourself.

What to do:

With a handful of kale, cut it into strips that are roughly half a centimetre wide.

Put these on a baking tray and sprinkle sea salt or a touch of brown sugar on top.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, at around 190'C/ Gas mark 5/ 170'C for fan ovens.

Check after 5 minutes, turn over or give the tray a shake.

Take out when crispy, leave to cool for a couple of minutes and tuck in!
