Get the Look: Dele Alli at the PFA Awards
Posted: May 01 2015
At the 42nd PFA Awards at Grosvenor House, London, in a night where he saw his future teammate and England starlet Harry Kane receive the prestigious Young Player of the Year honour, Dele Alli was named as part of the League One Team of the Year, a tribute to his immense contribution. True to form, Chess London was again Dele’s outfitter of choice; this time choosing for a slight twist on a classic.
Dele ditched the traditional suit jacket for a black blazer-styled woolen Royce cardigan and sported it with a custom black Bowness waistcoat from the 613 Collection and black Bond trouser pants. The white Bo shirt was the back-drop for a dusty pink bow-tie, the midfield wonderkid represented a new shade of dapper.

This week has been the cherry on top of a life-changing season. Developing talismanic responsibility at the tender age of 19 for his team, Dele was rewarded with a dream move to Tottenham Hotspur in the midst of the 2015 season, subsequently being loaned back to MK Dons for the remainder of the season. With an undoubtedly promising career ahead of him, Dele proved his maturity and level-headedness as his performances continued to improve, picking up the Football League One Player of the Month award for January, guiding his team towards the upper echelons of the league.
Since making his debut at 16, Dele Alli has gone on to become a key component of Karl Robinson’s side, pulling the strings in the centre of midfield and commanding games against far more experienced players. These awards are simply reminders of the great career Dele has in store. We are proud to have him on board, representing Chess London.
